The electric cable URSUS PUR HF 0,6/1 Kv, designed by Aristoncavi in 2006, has taken part to INNOVATION & DESIGN AWARD 2007 “Augusto Morello”, organised as an event of Enermotive fair, that will take place in Milan in February 2007.
The product has been selected by the Award Jury for the final TOP SELECTION, in the INNOVATION category: the winners will be announced during the Award Ceremony, that will be held on Tuesday February the 6th, the opening day of the exhibition, at 12.30.
For Aristoncavi it represents another important recognition of its own commitment in the development of innovative products: the company has taken part to all the past editions of the award and has always reached the final selection, resulting as the winner in 2001 with DRINCABLE, the cable for drinking water immersion.

Power and signalling halogen free cable, with polyurethane outer sheath, for mobile applications.
The cable has been designed for power and signalling mobile connections, under severe mechanical stresses (tensile strength and torsion), for heavy duty conditions: all weather conditions, abrasion and crushing. The cable is typically used in cable winding reels for harbour cranes, container cranes, conveyors, handling machines and mining & tunnelling equipment.
The special value of URSUS PUR HF cable consists in the polyurethane outer sheath, which permits to reduce size and weight of the cable, permitting the cost reduction of the solution reeling drum+cable.
Being halogen-free, unlike traditional rubber sheathed cables, it does not emit toxic exhalations in case of fire, so that can be used for handling equipment in closed rooms.
