The Buyer undertakes not to sell, export, re-export, or transfer, directly or indirectly, to territories and/or persons subject to sanctions pursuant to the applicable EU Regulations and to the other applicable legislation, any of the goods supplied by Aristoncavi S.p.A. that fall within the scope of goods whose export to such persons and/or territories is prohibited.

The Buyer undertakes to ensure that third parties in the commercial distribution chain, including any resellers, contractors, subcontractors, or other counterparties, do not breach the above obligation.

The Buyer undertakes to establish and maintain an adequate internal monitoring mechanism to detect any conduct by third parties in the commercial chain that could constitute a breach of the above obligation.

The Buyer undertakes to promptly notify Aristoncavi S.p.A. in writing of any fact, request, attempt, or suspicion that may indicate a risk of breach of the above obligation.
