Eating less meat and dairy isn’t just a healthy choice — it also helps reduce the environmental impact of intensive livestock farming, which alone accounts for 14% of total greenhouse gas emissions.

Whether for work or vacation, consider the environmental impact of your next trip. Planes are highly polluting, and often you can choose more eco-friendly alternatives like trains.

Do you really need to use your car every time? Many trips can be done on foot, by bike, or using public transport. If driving is unavoidable, opt for eco-friendly models like electric or hybrid vehicles.

FOCUS ON PEOPLE
ACADEMY

Aristoncavi strongly believes in the importance of training as a tool for empowering people.

The Academy aims to unify internal and external training into a single pathway, designed to ease the onboarding of new employees and facilitate the transfer of know-how.

In a constantly evolving world, continuous learning is the key to staying ahead and driving innovation. Through the Academy, everyone has the opportunity to become an active agent of change.

Severance Pay Advance
It is possible to request an advance on severance pay (TFR) twice, including for the purchase of durable goods.

  • “The Game Experience”: A day of sports designed to strengthen team spirit and camaraderie among colleagues, even outside the work environment.
  • “The Family Experience”: A day to enjoy with family, hosted at the company, featuring workshops, performances, and moments of togetherness.
  • A performance bonus of variable value is awarded annually upon achieving specific goals defined each year.
  • On certain days (Saturdays and public holidays), work is compensated at a higher rate than what is stipulated in the national collective agreement.

A monthly allowance is provided to recognize the skills and flexibility of each operator who is able to manage multiple production lines or machines, or perform various support tasks within the production process.

Psychological Support and the “Ciak si gira!” Project

The past few challenging years have had a significant impact on people’s mental well-being, especially among adolescents. Always attentive to these issues and closely connected to the local community, the company has chosen to support an important initiative by the ULSS 8 Health Authority: “Ciak si gira!”, a project aimed at adolescents experiencing psychological distress.

Thanks to our support, ULSS 8 offers free counseling to parents who are struggling with managing their children and provides guidance on possible support pathways, including reserved access to the “Ciak si gira!” program.

“HR Point” Project

For any needs related to employment management, the Human Resources office is available to all employees every Tuesday from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM, with open access at the infirmary room.

SPORT
Since 2002 ARISTONCAVI S.p.A. is a shareholder of CENTRO SPORTIVO PETRARCA IMPIANTI RUGBY PADOVA S.p,A, that is part of Petrarca Rugby, the Padova rugby club that plays in “Serie A” the first Italian national rugby league.

More than 10 editions of Padova Marathon are supported by ARISTONCAVI S.p.A.

FAI
Aristoncavi Spa has decided to support FAI – Fondo Ambiente Italiano (The National Trust for Italy), by joining the Corporate Golden Donor corporate membership program.

In collaboration with FAI, we want to carry out a large protection project which is also an ambitious cultural challenge: in order to make Italy a better place to live in, work and raise our children. The landscape and cultural heritage, which FAI protects and promotes, represent a unique heritage in the world and the fundamental resource in which to invest in order to revive, develop and enhance our wonderful country. Thanks to the support of its numerous members, both private citizens and companies, FAI has protected and managed 61 assets throughout the national territory for over 40 years. Important historical, artistic and landscape settlements have been saved from neglect, restored, protected and opened to the public.
